BOOKING DETAILS:

• Once we receive your reservation request correctly, you will receive within 24hours a courier from our payment service by Mr. Antonio Cano (Commercial Department Manager ) with your reservation number, time of pickup, name and phone number of your guide that will pick you up at the hotel and make the trip with you, the telephone number  and name of your guide would vary based on the excursion and chosen days.
• To confirm your reservation, you must make a payment of 15 to 30% of the final price of your trip.
• The rest of the payment will be given to our qualified staff at the hotel when you are picked up.
• The payment will be made in Euros or Dollars according to the current rate of exchange prevailing.
• Make sure your payment is done moments before going on youe excursion.
• Once carried out the reserve, returns to those people will only be admitted who present/display the medical certificate of the day of the same or any other accrediting certificate that justifies his nonattendance.
