In particular the northeastern end of the peninsula of Samana: “Las Galeras” where every year at the end of January the Humpback Whales (Yubartas) come from Iceland, Greenland and Canada in their migratory cycle towards the ” Bank of PLata” in the bay of Samana to give birth and to mate until the end of March and where you can find, without a doubt, one of the best beaches of all the island: ” Rincon Beach”. Four kilometers of white sandy beaches, that are accessible only by boat or special vehicles. One of the best beaches of the world.
Las Galeras, is the best scuba diving and snorkel point of all Samana and one of the best ones of all Dominican Republic, with its majestic coralline wall in “Cabo Cabron” , a 55 meters full of marine life.

- Once there, our diving instructor Serge Baudat will have a ” briefing” of the excursion.
- We will leave in speedboat at 10:30 a.m. towards the diving and snorkelling point chosen
- Equipment for scuba diving (tank, lead, mask, fins, neoprene, jacket) – Full equipment for snorkeling in “RINCON BEACH” and “PLAYITA”. (jacket. mask, fins and tube)
- Typical Dominican Lunch with Creole food, with menu and drink in restaurant ” Rubi” in RINCON BEACH
- Return to Arroyo Barril Airport to again undertake the flight with destiny Punta Cana to your hotels of origin.
